Refund Policy

Any cancelation of booked rooms up to 5 days before the booked date of commencement,  a cancellation charge of 10 %  will be deducted from the total booked amount. Any cancellation of rooms up to 2 days /48 hours before date of commencement a cancellation charge of  30 % will be deducted. Any cancellation after 48 hrs before the commencement of the service 50 % of the booked amount will be deducted. This is done to compensate for the opportunity cost and any losses encountered by our partners and farmers.

For any other services like adventure sports, day trips, boating and farm visit, etc. cancellation charges of 20 % will be deducted if canceled up to 5 days before the commencement date. For cancellation after 5 days of commencement of the event or service, 50 percent will be deducted from the booked amount.

Please also note that any refund will be effected within the 15 days of the end of events or cancellation, whichever is applicable.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule the date or time of your experience (or add or remove guests) within after 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before the experience is scheduled to start.
